Business Banking Service Centre

Our Business Banking Service Centre is available to help clients resolve day-to-day banking queries quickly and easily. The Service Centre agents can help you with:

  • Change of details (company name, address, mandates amendments)
  • HSBCnet queries (registering for online banking, sign in issues, paperless statements opt in/out)
  • Account details (account balance, uncleared balances, interest, statements)
  • Payments (amend details, bulk payments, queries on rejections/refunds, charges)
  • Debit cards (ordering new/additional cards, amending cardholders, card payment queries, PIN requests)
  • General enquiries (address details, contact numbers, branch opening times)
